What I Offer
Doula In Your Pocket
Personalized pregnancy & birth guidance
$200
You don't have to hire a full-service doula to have a doula in your corner.
Doula in Your Pocket is for mothers who have a partner or other support person for labor but want personalized guidance throughout pregnancy and birth preparation.
This can be especially helpful if you have a complex medical history, are planning a VBAC, have had a difficult birth before, or simply want someone who can help you think through questions and options.
What's included:
Personalized birth-planning consultation
Birth preferences and birth-plan guidance
Help identifying questions to discuss with your provider
Preparation for conversations with specialists or hospital departments
Advocacy coaching and communication strategies
Phone and text support for pregnancy and birth-preparation questions
Personalized resources
Guidance when you're unsure what questions you should even be asking
Postpartum check-in
Maybe you're wondering:
“Do I need a birth plan?”
“What questions do I need to ask when I have EDS?”
“Should I explore VBAC as an option?”
“How can I communicate this concern without feeling difficult?”
“What should I be thinking about before I get to the hospital?”
That's exactly what I'm here for.
Doula in Your Pocket provides non-clinical education, preparation, and advocacy support. It does not replace medical advice or your healthcare provider.
Best for: Mothers who want personalized guidance without continuous in-person labor support.
Doula support is non-clinical and does not replace your medical team. I do not give medical advice. I support and provide education.
Complete Birth Doula Support
Personalized support from pregnancy through the early days after birth
$850
Birth is more than the hours you spend in labor. My role is to help you feel prepared before birth, supported throughout labor, and cared for as you settle into those first days with your baby.
We'll spend time getting to know you and your partner, discussing your hopes and concerns, preparing for different possibilities, and helping your partner feel confident in their role.
When labor begins, I'll be there to provide continuous emotional, informational, and physical comfort support while you and your partner remain at the center of your birth experience.
Before Birth:
Two prenatal meetings
Phone and text support throughout pregnancy
Birth education and preparation
Exploration of your birth goals and preferences
Partner preparation
Comfort-measure education and practice
Postpartum planning
Helpful resources and handouts
On-call availability beginning in your final weeks of pregnancy
During Labor & Birth:
Continuous labor and birth support
Positioning and movement suggestions
Rebozo techniques
Breathwork and relaxation techniques
Hypnobirthing techniques
Comfort measures tailored to you
Emotional reassurance and encouragement
Support and guidance for your partner
Advocacy and communication support
A calm, reassuring presence throughout labor
My role is to support and guide you and your partner. If you're unsure, I can help you identify what support works the best for you and also help your partner know how to provide that for you.
After Birth:
Continued support while you advocate for yourself and baby
Breastfeeding and latch support during golden hour
Birth debrief immediately afterwards
Postpartum check-ins
Resources for recovery, newborn care, and feeding
Space to talk through and process your birth experience
Phone and text support for questions during the early postpartum period
I make sure your family is supported as you begin this new chapter.
Long-Distance Complete Birth Support
The same comprehensive support as my Complete Birth Doula Support package, provided virtually.
$600
You don't have to live nearby to have personalized doula support throughout your pregnancy, labor, birth, and early postpartum period.
This package includes everything listed above in the Complete Birth Doula Support package, with your support provided virtually rather than in person.
We'll meet virtually during pregnancy, stay connected by phone and text, and I'll be available virtually throughout your labor and birth to provide continuous emotional, informational, and advocacy support with postpartum check-ins.
Special focus on your birth partner:
Because I won't be physically present, I'll place extra emphasis on preparing your partner to be your hands-on support person. We'll practice and discuss ways they can help you with:
Position changes and movement
Rebozo techniques
Breathing and relaxation
Comfort measures
Creating a calm environment
Recognizing ways to support you as labor progresses
I'll guide both of you throughout labor so your partner has someone experienced to turn to while they provide the physical support you need.
Everything else is the same as the Complete Birth Doula Support package above.
